Automate Processes Without a Developer using Zapier
Dataclay’s flagship product, Templater™, a plugin for Adobe® After Effects®, has been automating video workflows for thousands of users over the past eight years. In that time, Dataclay has received hundreds of requests to integrate Templater with other platforms and services. To address the vast majority of these user needs, Dataclay recently launched QUE: an API, enterprise-grade data source, and management dashboard that works in concert with one or more Templater installations.
To make it even easier to leverage the QUE API for integrations, Dataclay has turned to the world’s most popular no-code integration solution and embedded Zapier’s platform into the QUE dashboard. This includes a collection of pre-made Zaps, ready to use integrations with popular third-party platforms like Typeform and Frame.io. Combine user interfaces, data tables, and logic with 6,000+ apps to build and automate anything you can imagine. It will help you grow twice as fast, even without hiring another person.

What is Zapier?
It’s a no-/low-code service lets you connect QUE to other web services. Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn’t be possible. It has a free tier for experimentation and paid tiers with various feature additions and improvements.
Each Zap has one app as the Trigger, where your information comes from and which causes one or more Actions in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.
Who is it for?
If you are a video post-production professional who isn’t necessarily a developer with the skills or time to stand up a bespoke system, a no-code solution like Zapier can be a robust way to build a prototype or even a fully-functional app, quickly. With thousands of app integrations to choose from, including the professional tools you use every day, it makes it easy to get your data and media outputs into and out of QUE’s database.
There’s no need to start from scratch. In just a few minutes, you can use Interfaces, Tables, and Zaps to create complete solutions and reclaim countless hours of your time.
