There is a limit of 1,000 Credits per QUE Meter account. Once a user exceeds 1,000 outputs in a single month, a QUE subscription becomes the more affordable option. The maximum credit limit is in place to ensure users don’t miss out on the value of unlimited output capacity of Templater subscriptions.

No—QUE Credits are sold at the same cost-per-credit regardless of the quantity purchased. This underscores the value of a subscription which provides users limitless quantity of output during the subscription’s term duration.

When using Templater powered by the QUE Meter, your computer must always have a connection to the internet in order to keep track of your credit usage. This constant connection to the internet is not necessary when using traditional Templater Pro & Templater Bot subscriptions.

Credits can be purchased by clicking on the [+] button in the Templater panel interface, or by visiting the QUE credits purchase page on our website.

Yes! One of the most powerful benefits of QUE Meter is the ability to cost-effectively leverage multiple Templater activations/licenses/computers. Any active Templater license key (Rig, Pro, or Bot) can be connected to QUE Meter and start drawing from the centralized pool of credits.

By default, the QUE free trial is limited to 50 jobs, but Dataclay is planning to add the ability to make custom requests for additional jobs for developer testing.

Yes, but you will need to set QUE as the Templater data source and then integrate Google Sheet either directly via the QUE API, or using QUE’s built-in integration with Zapier.

QUE does not offer load balancing of jobs at this time. You can manually assign jobs to specific satellites, but you will need to verify all required assets and resources (including fonts and plugins) are installed and/or available on any satellite to which you assign a job.
