Frequently Asked Questions
If you can't find the answer to your question, you can submit a support ticket to us.
How many QUE Credits can I have on my QUE Meter account?
There is a limit of 1,000 Credits per QUE Meter account. Once a user exceeds 1,000 outputs in a single month, a QUE subscription becomes the more affordable option. The maximum credit limit is in place to ensure users don’t miss out on the value of unlimited output capacity of Templater subscriptions.
Is there a discount when purchasing larger quantities of credits?
No—QUE Credits are sold at the same cost-per-credit regardless of the quantity purchased. This underscores the value of a subscription which provides users limitless quantity of output during the subscription’s term duration.
How does using QUE Meter differ from Templater subscriptions?
When using Templater powered by the QUE Meter, your computer must always have a connection to the internet in order to keep track of your credit usage. This constant connection to the internet is not necessary when using traditional Templater Pro & Templater Bot subscriptions.
How can I purchase QUE Credits?
Credits can be purchased by clicking on the [+] button in the Templater panel interface, or by visiting the QUE credits purchase page on our website.
Can I share a bucket of credits across multiple Templater activations and license keys?
Yes! One of the most powerful benefits of QUE Meter is the ability to cost-effectively leverage multiple Templater activations/licenses/computers. Any active Templater license key (Rig, Pro, or Bot) can be connected to QUE Meter and start drawing from the centralized pool of credits.
Can I purchase an annual subscription for QUE?
Yes, but this must be purchased directly through Dataclay sales and is currently not available online.
Are Templater and QUE separate subscriptions? Can they be purchased as a bundle?
Currently, Dataclay only offers Templater and QUE subscriptions separately.
Can I process more than 50 jobs with the free QUE trial?
By default, the QUE free trial is limited to 50 jobs, but Dataclay is planning to add the ability to make custom requests for additional jobs for developer testing.
Can I use Google Sheets and QUE simultaneously with Templater?
Yes, but you will need to set QUE as the Templater data source and then integrate Google Sheet either directly via the QUE API, or using QUE’s built-in integration with Zapier.
Can QUE load balance jobs between two or more satellites?
QUE does not offer load balancing of jobs at this time. You can manually assign jobs to specific satellites, but you will need to verify all required assets and resources (including fonts and plugins) are installed and/or available on any satellite to which you assign a job.
